Matt's Refsheet

(chances are a lot of this is probably going to be changed later but here, have some character backstory and information and stuff you might wanna keep in mind if you wanna roleplay with me or something.)

Full name: Matt Frostpaws

Info/Backstory: Matt has always had a pretty rough and kinda lonely life. Ever since he was a Kitten, making friends wasn't exactly easy for Matt to do because a lot of the other kids he met in school usually ignored or were mean to him, and even going as far as throwing stuff at him. So Matt usually kept to himself and spent his time wandering around the forest nearby his house. he always liked the forest because it was really quiet and peaceful and he saw it as a place where he could get away from whatever was bothering him in life. whenever he goes into the forest he usually brings along his Sketchbook and iPod with him which was full of mostly Rock and roll and some EDM Music along with other songs that liked to listen to and/or sing so he can draw any plants or animals he sees in the forest while he listened to music. Apart from those two items, the only other thing that kept him company was the steady rhythm of his own heartbeat, which was something he found comforting and relaxing and helped him calm down whenever he was stressed or worked up over something that happened to him during school, and as a result, to this very day he tends to keep one of his paws over his heart whenever he's starting to feel upset or stressed over something to try and help him relax and calm down. eventually, after a while of constantly being picked on by his peers, he eventually dropped out of school and moved out of his house and into a treehouse he and a couple actual friends that had built in the forest as a means to escape from all the pain and stress his peers caused him at the age of 12.

Apart from the one or two actual friends he had and his immediate family, both of which occasionally went to visit him he had the entire forest to himself and a treehouse (which had electricity and other creature comforts like a connection to the Internet and plumbing and stuff) that he called home.

When he was 14, he was walking across a frozen lake in the middle of the winter and fell through the ice. despite trying to swim out as fast as he can, he lost consciousness before he was able to reach the surface. When he came to, he found himself lying in the snow on the lake's shore and found no signs of anyone trying to pull him out of the water. He looked down at his fur and quickly saw that it was no longer a solid orange and instead was now orange with the fur on the lower half of his face around his mouth, stomach, and on his hands and feet was now a snow white with cyan snowflake markings on the backs of his hands.. as he sat up. he also soon realized that on top of the white fur, he now had wings as well. Unsure of whether or not he survived his fall into the lake, or it was just pure luck that had caused him to be like this, he went back to his treehouse and messaged his friends about it the next day, and to make long story short, they all thought he had gone missing or drowned in that lake and were happy he was okay.

Other miscellaneous information:

• The Feathers on Matt's wings turn from snow white to Carbon black whenever he's feeling distressed or depressed or any negative emotions in general.
• he has a tendency to hold his ipod close to his chest whenever he isnt keeping it in a pants pocket or something.
• He is a huge gamer, with his favorite game being Splatoon.
• he tends to keep to himself whenever he's not with friends and it takes him a while to warm up to you if try to become friends with him.
• Has a tendency to get his headphone cord caught on things A LOT.
• owns a pair of Steampunk aviator goggles that he only wears whenever he flies, and usually has them on over his forehead whenever he isnt using them
